The Enneagram in the workplace

The Enneagram can be an excellent tool for team building and for strengthening communication and problem-solving skills in the workplace. Employees gain a greater awareness of the diversity of people in the workplace thereby improving work relations among staff. The Enneagram is also an excellent tool for management training.

Enhancing Individual and Team Performance in the Workplace using the Enneagram
This is a 1 day workshop designed to give participants the general overview of the nine different personality types as well the various groupings. Additional exercises and information is provided that demonstrate the different communication, problem-solving, work and management styles of each type. Specific attention is given to how to enhance individual and team performance by greater awareness and understanding of the different views of the nine personality styles and the levels of development of each person.

The cost of the Enneagram workshops is $100 per hour. An additional fee of $5.00 per person is charged for the workshop materials and $10.00 per person for those who want to order the Enneagram type indicator test.
