Exploring the Enneagram Within the Coaching Process

As a professional coach, I have incorporated the Enneagram tool into an individual learning process within my coaching business. During this process, I explore in detail the person's personality type as well as an overview of the other eight types.

Through this self-discovery process, the person focuses their awareness on their particular personality and how it currently serves them. Through honesty and awareness of their own behaviors, reactions, and attitudes, the person can enhance their level of growth and overall psychological health.

This process is invaluable to coaching clients by discovering how to overcome their inner barriers, awakening to their unique gifts and styles, strengthening their skills, while discovering their deepest and most meaningful direction in life.
