Spirituality and the Enneagram

The Enneagram is also used as a transformational model for spiritual development. By achieving the highest levels of psychological health, we can become more aligned with our true Essence and less with our personality. The unfolding of our true Essence then becomes the process of living, fully awake to our true nature and learning how to truly love ourselves and others.

Spirituality and the Enneagram is a 1 day workshop and requires that the person has attended an Understanding Personality Types using the Enneagram workshop. The spirituality workshop explores the basic hopes, virtues and essence of each of the nine personality types.

A small study group focusing on the spiritual journey of the Enneagram is also offered. A thorough understanding of the Enneagram model is required prior to beginning the study group.
